“America’s C.E.O.” Ray Kennedy has traded in his referee stripes for a suit, serving as Chief of Staff to NLPW C.E.O. “The Outlaw” Justin Caton. Once seen as a mostly by-the-book official, Kennedy has evolved into one of the most conniving and self-serving figures in the company. Obsessed with control, presentation, and “corporate efficiency,” he presents himself as the face of American business excellence, but behind the tailored suit and smug smile lies a schemer who uses his position to tilt the balance of power in the favor of the office.

Not to be confused with twin brother Roy, while sharing the same face, they couldn’t be more different in spirit. Roy, the ever-professional backstage interviewer, represents humility, fairness, and heart, earning the respect of both fans and wrestlers through integrity and charm. Ray, meanwhile, has abandoned those values entirely, embracing greed, arrogance, and manipulation.

Though he now spends most of his time alongside Caton in the boardroom, Kennedy remains an occasional in-ring competitor. Fighting under the banner of “America’s C.E.O.”, he views every match as a hostile takeover and every victory as a quarterly profit. Manipulative, opportunistic, and utterly convinced that Next Level Pro Wrestling is under his “executive leadership,” Ray Kennedy represents the cold corporate corruption creeping into NLPW. Whether in the ring or behind the desk, America’s C.E.O. always gets his cut.
