Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using any website, subdomain, store, member area, streaming page, social portal, or service that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms are a binding agreement between Next Level Pro Wrestling (“NLPW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1 ) Who we are & how to contact us

2 ) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. Certain areas (e.g., member subscriptions, purchases) may require you to be 18+.

3 ) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change to the latest date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., by posting on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.

4 ) Accounts; Security

You may need an account to access portions of the Site (e.g., member area, store, ticketing). You agree to:

Provide accurate, current information;
Keep credentials confidential;
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5 ) Permitted use & prohibited conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

Violate any law, regulation, or third‑party right;
Post, upload, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable;
Attempt to scrape, spider, crawl, or harvest data without permission;
Interfere with the Site’s operation (e.g., DDoS, malware, reverse engineering, bypassing access controls);
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
Use the Site to advertise or solicit without our prior written consent.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

6 ) Intellectual property & content rights

Our content

The Site and all content on it—including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, livestreams, audio, event footage, wrestler likenesses, merchandise designs, trademarks, and software—are owned by or licensed to NLPW and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or by written permission, you may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or exploit any content.

Your content

If you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available any content (e.g., comments, reviews, images, ideas, testimonials, fan art) (“User Content”), you grant NLPW a worldwide, non‑exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty‑free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display such User Content in any media now known or later developed for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Site and NLPW events and products. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.

7 ) Streaming, video, and digital services

The Site may offer livestreams, on‑demand video, digital downloads, or ticketed digital events. Access may be subject to geo‑blocking, device limits, time windows, DRM, or third‑party platform rules. Quality of streams depends on your device, internet, and network congestion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service and may suspend or modify digital features at any time.

No recording or redistribution. You may not record, capture, rebroadcast, or otherwise redistribute streams or digital content without our written permission.

8 ) Subscriptions & member area

Some features (e.g., member‑only content) may require a paid subscription.

Billing & renewal. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the then‑current rate until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trials. If offered, trials convert to paid unless canceled before the end of the trial.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice to the email on file or via the Site.

9 ) E‑commerce: merchandise & digital products

Orders

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and you have the right to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory errors.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We attempt to be accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or availability error, we may cancel an order and refund you.

Shipping; risk of loss; international

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees.

Returns & exchanges

Unless a specific product page says otherwise, all sales are final except for defective items or where required by law. If we accept a return or exchange, items must be unused and in original packaging. Digital products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once delivered/accessed. See our posted Return/Refund Policy (if any) for details.

Promotions & promo codes

Promotions may be subject to additional terms. Unless stated, promo codes are one‑time use, non‑transferable, and may not be combined.

10 ) Event tickets & live‑event terms

Purchasing or using a ticket constitutes acceptance of the following Ticket Terms in addition to these Terms:

Revocable license. A ticket is a revocable license to enter the venue; it may be revoked at any time for safety, misconduct, fraud, or violation of policies, with or without a refund as permitted by law.
No resale for profit. NLPW may restrict or cancel tickets resold or offered for resale at above face value or otherwise in violation of venue or platform rules.
Event changes. Card/performer line‑ups and start times are subject to change. Your ticket is for the event, not a specific match, performer, or seating location.
Cancellations/postponements. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will be provided per the ticketing platform’s policies. If postponed/rescheduled, tickets will typically be honored for the new date; otherwise, the platform’s policies apply.
Assumption of risk. Professional wrestling involves physicality and inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event (including the risk of flying objects or accidental contact) and release NLPW, the venue, performers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from claims arising from such risks, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Code of conduct. Attendees must follow venue rules and staff instructions. No disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior; violations may result in ejection without refund. Prohibited items and bag policies vary by venue.
Recording & likeness. By entering, you grant NLPW and its designees the right to record, photograph, and use your image, voice, and likeness for any purpose in any media now known or later developed without compensation.

11 ) Communications & marketing (email/SMS)

By providing contact information, you consent to receive transactional messages (e.g., receipts, service notices). You may also opt in to marketing emails or texts. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the provided mechanisms (e.g., “unsubscribe” link or reply STOP for SMS). Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

12 ) Third‑party platforms & links

Some Site features may be provided via third‑party platforms (e.g., ticketing, streaming, payment processors, social networks). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. NLPW is not responsible for third‑party sites or services.

13 ) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share data. Privacy Policy.

14 ) Sweepstakes, contests & special terms

From time to time, NLPW may offer sweepstakes, contests, or special programs, which may have additional rules. If there is a conflict between those rules and these Terms, the specific rules govern for that program.

15 ) Disclaimers

THE SITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, TICKETS, STREAMS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NLPW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

16 ) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NLPW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR EVENTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NLPW (IF ANY) FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT OR SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17 ) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NLPW and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.

18 ) Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the exclusive venue for any action not subject to arbitration will be the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

19 ) Arbitration & class‑action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.

Agreement to arbitrate. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site (collectively, “Disputes”) will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules, rather than in court, except that you and NLPW may bring individual actions in small claims court.
Class waiver. Proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
Opt‑out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to the address in Section 1 within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, contact info, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
Injunctive relief. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect its rights pending arbitration.

20 ) Suspension; termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Sections intended to survive (including 6–8 and 10–23) will survive termination.

21 ) Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and NLPW regarding the Site.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, failure of suppliers, power or internet outages).
Notices. We may provide notices by posting to the Site or by email to the address associated with your account.
